Job Details

• Provide comprehensive primary care services under physician supervision
• Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Deliver preventive, behavioral, and community health care
• Educate patients on disease management, medications, and preventive care
• Collaborate with an integrated, multidisciplinary care team
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and team meetings
• Provide cross-coverage for other clinicians as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (NP).
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (CA BRN) /Willing to obtain
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum 1 OR 2  years of clinical experience
• Background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics preferred
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
• Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, Farsi, or Vietnamese)
