Join our dynamic team as an Order Selector, where your attention to detail and efficiency directly contribute to timely and accurate order fulfillment. In this vital role, you'll review and select items from our warehouse shelves, stage orders for delivery, and assist with loading and unloading trucks to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Your efforts help us deliver exceptional service to our customers and maintain inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully review customer orders and accurately select the correct products from warehouse shelves
• Stage completed orders for delivery, ensuring all items are properly packed and labeled
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks to streamline distribution processes
• Replenish inventory as needed, maintaining optimal stock levels to support ongoing operations
• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up/sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an order selector, warehouse associate, or forklift operator; experience in food or nutritional supplement manufacturing is preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems and quality assurance practices is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret various instructions and diagrams
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and move up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance
• Ability to become certified in operating stand-up forklifts and pallet trucks
• Excellent communication skills in English and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Preferred Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery is highly desirable
