About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead its technology vision, engineering organization, AI strategy, and product architecture. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on technology executive with a strong background in scaling high-performing engineering teams and delivering innovative, AI-enabled software solutions. Key responsibilities for the CTO include leading the technology and engineering teams, defining and executing the technology strategy, and modernizing legacy platforms. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of modern AI technologies and a proven track record in leveraging AI to drive product innovation and operational efficiencies. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years of technology leadership experience, particularly within enterprise software, SaaS, MarTech, or related platforms. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in developing enterprise SaaS applications, extensive experience in evaluating enterprise architectures, and a proven ability to design scalable, secure, cloud-native SaaS platforms. Experience in the MarTech space, including through-channel marketing automation and related solutions, is highly desirable. The CTO will be expected to have excellent executive leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
