CT Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work the night shift, providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans according to established protocols.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices in radiologic technology.
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
• Administer contrast materials via venipuncture as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology is preferred.
• Current registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R) is required.
• Possession of a valid Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice (California).
• Advanced Certification in the modality of CT is required in Oregon and Hawaii, preferred in California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Fluoroscopy license in California is required if operating fluoroscopy equipment.
• Venipuncture certification is required if performing venipuncture to administer contrast materials in California.
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification is required.

Work Schedule

This position involves working the night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM.
