SOX Analyst I/II

As a Sox Analyst (LevelI orII) in Tulsa, OK, you will support accounting operations, deliver financial insights, and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and data analysis. What You’ll Do Execute month‑end close (journal entries, reconciliations, SEC and management reporting, variance analysis) Prepare reports, schedules, and financial analyses Support audits with clear documentation Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Improve processes with a focus on efficiency and automation SOX & Controls (LevelII focus; exposure at LevelI) Support SOX compliance activities Participate in segregation of duties reviews Improve and automate controls and processes LevelI: Support day‑to‑day accounting activities, build knowledge of systems and processes LevelII: Own deliverables and work independently, guide team members and solve complex issues What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field LevelI: 1+ year experience or internship LevelII: 2+ years experience (energy preferred) CPA or progress toward certification preferred Analytical and problem‑solving skills Attention to detail Excel proficiency Communication and collaboration SOX knowledge (LevelII depth) Benefits Strong pay plus an annual incentive program Hybrid work with flexibility Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off, company and floating holidays Paid parental leave up to six weeks per parent, with fertility and adoption support Tuition reimbursement and continuing education support Williams is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
