Legal Clerk – Temp-to-Hire

IN PERSON IN MULBERRY FLORIDA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Clerk to support a busy law office. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and able to follow instructions closely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume filing and document organization
  • Alphabetize and maintain accurate records
  • Use Microsoft 365 applications confidently
  • Type efficiently with strong accuracy
  • Communicate professionally with clients over the phone
  • Follow detailed instructions and office procedures
  • Provide general clerical support to attorneys and staff

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong typing and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with extensive filing tasks understand legal terminology
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Professional, punctual, and dependable
