About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing company specializing in engineered steel and pre-engineered metal building solutions for commercial and industrial projects.
Our team delivers projects from design and engineering through fabrication, delivery, and installation, working closely with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver quality solutions on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project execution, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and customer relationships.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope to identify requirements, risks, and potential conflicts.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, action plans, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings and ensure action items and commitments are followed through.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, fabrication, delivery, and field requirements.
- Monitor project financials, including budgets, job costs, margins, invoicing, and cash flow.
- Manage change orders from identification and pricing through approval and execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, or customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction, steel, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- PEMB experience preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Understanding of project financials, job costing, margins, invoicing, and change management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management/scheduling software.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, or similar tools .
