Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Greet service customers, answer incoming calls, and identify vehicle concerns using established customer-contact processes.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, review service needs, and recommend multi-point inspections.
• Explain recommended repairs, pricing, and estimated completion times before work begins.
• Create accurate repair orders in ADP and obtain customer authorization for additional services.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians and communicate with the shop throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status, inspection findings, and changes to the original estimate.
• Process service payments and review completed repairs with customers at vehicle delivery.
• Welcome new vehicle owners through the Sales-to-Service process and explain available service support.

What You'll Bring

• Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
• Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.
• 1+ Year of Automotive Dealership experience
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
