Construction Project Coordinator (Full Time)

LV Collective is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Construction team and help bring our design-centric, experience-driven developments to life. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-loving self-starter who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, supporting construction leadership, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll play a critical role behind the scenes—tracking details, coordinating communication, and helping our Construction Managers and Directors build incredible communities across the country. Job Responsibilities Project Coordination & Administration: Support Project Managers, Construction Managers and Directors in the coordination of multiple active construction projects Project schedules, budgets, and key milestones: Assist with tracking project schedules, budgets, and key milestones Documentation: Maintain organized project files, logs, and documentation throughout all phases of construction Communication: Coordinate internal and external communications between consultants, contractors, and internal LV teams Meetings: Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action items to project teams Reporting: Assist with preparation of monthly project reports and site visit documentation Construction Support: Help track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications Document Control: Assist with document control, including drawings, contracts, and consultant deliverables Progress Tracking: Support progress tracking for architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors Inspections & Permits: Assist with coordination of inspections, permits, and approvals as needed Punch Lists & Commissioning: Facilitate punch-list functions, commissioning and property management integration nearing the latter stages of construction Issue Flagging: Help identify potential scheduling or scope conflicts and flag issues for senior team members Other: Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work late or on weekends may be required LV Collective offers a collaborative, fun, and flexible work environment inside its beautifully designed office located in Downtown Austin, Texas.
