AI Market Research Lead

To establish an AI-enabled market research capability, the full-time Global Market Research & Forecasting AI Lead will manage the integration of AI across the market research lifecycle, enhance forecasting processes, and develop team capabilities while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities Define and drive the enterprise strategy for AI-enabled market research aligned to business priorities Embed AI across the market research lifecycle to improve insight generation and decision-making Partner with cross-functional leaders to enhance forecasting accuracy and governance through AI-augmented insights Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, mathematics, decision science, or analytics Minimum of 10 years of experience in forecasting, market research, or decision sciences within the pharmaceutical industry Demonstrated experience in building and managing teams focused on market research and analytics Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills
