What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, resident trust accounts, and collection activities. Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance billing, and other reimbursement processes to ensure timely and accurate payments. Maintain resident financial records and personnel documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and support month-end business office functions. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and all applicable federal and state regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a Business Office Manager, healthcare billing, accounting, or administrative leadership role preferred. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance billing, accounts payable, and collections. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with computer systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office applications.
