City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial service accounts. This is a highly visible, client-facing role responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, retaining existing business, and identifying opportunities to grow each account.

What You’ll Do:

Own Your Book of Business

• Manage a portfolio of commercial client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, priorities, and expectations.
• Take ownership of client satisfaction, retention, and overall account performance.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and site visits to ensure expectations are being met.

Drive Client Retention & Growth

• Proactively identify opportunities for additional services and solutions within existing accounts.
• Present and sell add-on services that address client needs and create additional revenue.

Lead Service Execution

• Address service failures quickly and work with the appropriate teams to implement corrective action.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, supplies, and other resources necessary to maintain quality service.
• Hold contractors accountable for performance and follow through on commitments.

Solve Problems & Build Trust

• Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns, taking ownership from initial complaint through resolution.
• Investigate issues, determine appropriate solutions, and communicate outcomes effectively.
• Anticipate potential problems before they impact the client.
• Maintain accurate account information, service activity, notes, and follow-up in our CRM and operational systems.

Requirements
You’ll Succeed Here If You:

• Have 3+ years of experience in account management, operations, customer success, sales, facility services, building services, or a related field.
• Have a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Are comfortable having sales conversations and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Are highly organized and able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Are comfortable holding others accountable for performance and following through when expectations are not met.
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other technology to manage accounts and track activity.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations throughout the assigned territory.
