Front Office Host – Chicago Athletic Association (CAA) Position Overview Join our team as a Front Office Host at the Chicago Athletic Association in Chicago, IL. The role includes handling the guest registration process, communicating hotel services and promotions, and responding to guest inquiries. This is a highly visible role where you will welcome guests, facilitate smooth experiences, and represent the hotel’s brand. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $23.75 (eligible for overtime). Communicate hotel services, promotions, and policies. Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Serve as the face of CAA, delivering a positive guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality/front desk or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods. Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
