In this role, you'll work closely with our Product and R&D teams to define product positioning, craft compelling messaging, and lead GTM strategy.You will own how our products are positioned, communicated, and brought to market, playing a critical role in shaping how Dexmate's technology is understood by customers.This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing—translating complex robotics and physical AI technologies into clear, compelling value propositions for enterprise customers.We're looking for someone with strong product marketing experience who is passionate about robotics and physical AI, and excited to help bring cutting-edge innovation to real-world applications.What You'll DoPositioning & Messaging (Core Ownership)Develop clear, differentiated positioning for Dexmate's productsTranslate complex technical capabilities into compelling, customer-facing value propositionsDefine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and key use cases across target industriesGo-To-Market (GTM) StrategyLead product launches and end-to-end GTM planningPartner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership to ensure alignmentDevelop industry-specific messaging tailored to key verticalsSales EnablementCreate high-impact sales materials that drive deal success, including:Pitch decksOne-pagersROI calculatorsCompetitive battlecardsContent Strategy (in collaboration with the Content team)Define and prioritize content needed to support the full customer journey, including:Case studiesDemo narrativesTechnical explainersEnsure all content aligns with GTM priorities and contributes to pipeline goalsRequired Qualifications4–8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software, robotics, AI/ML, developer ecosystems, or hardware–software platformsStrong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and communicate complex robotics and AI conceptsProven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing messagingExperience owning or contributing to go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product launchesExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teamsStrong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbalSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in robotics, automation, or industrial technologyExperience working with highly technical products and engineering teamsFamiliarity with long enterprise sales cycles and complex buying processesExperience developing sales enablement materials and customer-facing content
