Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Description

As Learning.com sharpens its product strategy and market position, we are seeking a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive market-facing strategy for our products and solutions. This role sits within Product Management and serves as the connective tissue between product strategy and go-to-market execution, ensuring market evidence, buyer needs, product capabilities, and commercial priorities are translated into clear decisions, launches, messaging, and field readiness.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager translates customer problems, buyer needs, competitive dynamics, product capabilities, and market opportunities into:

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, education technology, curriculum, public-sector software, or a comparable market
• Proven ability to create positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, product launch strategies, and sales enablement that improve market clarity and commercial outcomes
• Strong market research, voice-of-customer, win/loss, competitive analysis, and customer insight skills
• Strong strategic writing, storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and constructively challenge ideas using market evidence and business judgment
• Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and create structure without overcomplicating the work
• Experience and overall curiosity in leveraging AI tools and resources to support more efficient and effective outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Requirements

• Ability to synthesize complex inputs from customers, prospects, Product, Sales, Customer Success, data, and the market into clear recommendations and usable artifacts
• Experience partnering with Product Management to connect market problems, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and commercial opportunity to product and roadmap discussions
• Experience partnering with Sales and Revenue Enablement to create sales tools, talk tracks, objection handling, demo narratives, and training that help teams sell value instead of features
• Experience defining market categories, category narratives, or thought leadership strategies that influence buyer perception and market awareness
• Ability to use data to evaluate product marketing effectiveness and make informed recommendations
