The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies and resources. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and rehabilitation needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and your clinical expertise.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each patient's unique circumstances, ensuring that objectives align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to promote recovery and enhance physical capabilities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our Raintree system, ensuring compliance with all clinic policies, documentation standards, and state regulations.
• Educate patients and their caregivers regarding treatment options, self-care strategies, and injury prevention methods, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and address any emerging needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient base comprised primarily of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will interact closely with patients ranging from young athletes to older adults, tailoring your approach to meet their specific rehabilitation challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with an education that equips you with the foundational knowledge required for clinical practice.
• Possession of a valid Physical Therapist license in Nevada or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred; however, we also encourage new graduates eager to learn and grow in their careers to apply.
• Experience with patient management software, especially Raintree, is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

At Expanding Balance Physical Therapy, we value our employees and offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
