Location : Austin, TX must be 100% onsite.
Duration : 6 months
Rate Range: $20 - $25/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Information Processing Specialist with expertise in the insurance domain. This role is essential for supporting our operations and ensuring the efficient processing of information within our organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Certificate of Insurance (COI) issuance
• Strong knowledge of the insurance domain, specifically Property & Casualty Insurance
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Additional certifications in insurance-related fields
• Experience with insurance software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process and manage insurance-related documents and certificates
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data entry and processing
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies in insurance documentation

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Information Processing Specialist with expertise in the insurance domain to join our team for a 6-month engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance and hands-on experience in processing Certificates of Insurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good understanding of P&C Insurance/Insurance broking
• Hands-on experience in processing Certificates of Insurance/Proof of Insurance
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and interpretation skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience with ACORD forms (especially ACORD 25)
• Regulatory knowledge around issuance of Certificates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process Certificates of Insurance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues
