Processing Specialist

Job Title : Processing Specialist
Location : Austin, TX must be 100% onsite.
Duration : 6 months
Rate Range: $20 - $25/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)
- 1-2 years of experience in Certificate of Insurance (COI) issuance
- Strong knowledge of the insurance domain, specifically Property & Casualty Insurance
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Additional certifications in insurance-related fields
- Experience with insurance software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process and manage insurance-related documents and certificates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data entry and processing
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies in insurance documentation
- Comprehensive health insurance plans

- Hands-on experience in processing Certificates of Insurance/Proof of Insurance
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and interpretation skills
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

- Prior experience with ACORD forms (especially ACORD 25)
- Regulatory knowledge around issuance of Certificates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process Certificates of Insurance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues
