Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend, Every Other Holiday | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to oncology patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring step-down level care
• Support surgical patients throughout the perioperative and post-operative phases
• Perform telemetry monitoring and respond appropriately to cardiac rhythm changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio or compact equivalent
• Experience in oncology, step-down, surgical, or telemetry nursing
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an oncology-specific inpatient unit
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Experience in step-down or surgical nursing environments
