Summary
Join the team at BEST Crowd Management as Event Staff in Albuquerque, NM! Help create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests attending sporting events, concerts, and other exciting live events. We are looking for dependable, professional, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with people and being part of a team.
No current security guard card? No problem! Candidates willing to obtain their New Mexico Level 1 security guard card are encouraged to apply. Paid training is available to help eligible candidates get started and prepare for their role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with guest entry, ticket scanning, and event access points.
- Provide directions and answer guest questions to ensure a positive event experience.
- Help manage crowds, maintain orderly lines, and support event operations.
- Monitor assigned areas and report safety concerns or suspicious activity to supervisors.
- Assist guests who need help and communicate professionally with event attendees.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and venue personnel.
- Follow company policies, venue procedures, and all applicable safety guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service throughout each shift.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be willing to obtain a New Mexico Level 1 security guard card if required for the assignment.
- Paid guard card training is available for eligible candidates.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.
- Previous event, hospitality, retail, or security experience is a plus but not required.
