Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

As Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director at Drax, you will lead strategic process improvement across generation assets and the wider value chain. You will define KPIs, manage a portfolio of optimization projects, and mentor teams, helping embed a culture of continuous improvement in a purpose‑driven, inclusive environment.
