HR Business Partner

Position SummaryThe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a vital conduit between Human Resources and operations management, serving as a strategic partner to align human resources priorities with the business strategy by delivering comprehensive and fully integrated, sustainable HR programs for regional/service line functions of Acuren. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating regional human resource activities to maximize and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance in compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Provide regional support on day-to-day HR tasks and initiatives to ensure HR is positioned to execute with excellence.Position details:This is a remote role and can be based in any state in the North East (OH, MI, CT, or MA), or Florida. Full-time permanent role, Monday-Friday 40 hours/weekSalary range is $90,000 - $110,000/annual ResponsibilitiesProviding HR Best practices and continuous improvement; mentor providing guidance under corporate strategy and initiatives and regionally driven processes. Establishing and maintaining an intimate understanding of the regional business strategy and objectivesDeveloping strong working relationships with internal stakeholdersCoaching and educating regional managers regarding HR programs such as organizational design, performance management, change management, employee engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and developmentDevelops business leader capability by providing ongoing coaching on key organizational and management issues, and feedback on personal and team performanceAttends and actively participates in client groups’ leadership and management team meetings and discussionsWorking closely with HRBP colleagues to establish consistent and standardized program delivery strategiesCollaborating with the HR Service Center and Communities of Expertise to develop and implement HR programs and solutionsSharing situational experience and best practices to support growth and developmentAnalyzing trends and metrics produced by the HRIS team to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that improve program effectivenessCollaborating to develop strategies to address emerging issues and trendsCommunicating and educating Managers and staff regarding organizational policies and proceduresMaintaining currency and supporting regional understanding of jurisdictional employment legislationDeveloping integrated approaches and education to support diversity and inclusion initiativesAssists regional management to reduce legal risk and enable fair and consistent treatment of employeesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field preferredA professional Human Resources designation would be considered an asset5 plus years of years of experience working with multiple human resource disciplinesKnowledge of Human Resources functions, processes, and best practicesKnowledge of Employment related legislationProficiency with Microsoft Office and office support systemsFamiliarity with functioning of HR Information Systems.Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, credibility, and confidentialityCollaborative approach with colleagues, employees, external contactsStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent demandsAnalytical ability and sound judgement, including the ability to apply established guidelines and criteria in diverse situationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionDemonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsBenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance401K PlanPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffCompany OverviewAcuren is a trusted, single source provider of technology-enabled asset protection solutions used to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructures.
