Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist (Contract)

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time - Monday - Friday 12:30 - 5:00
Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage the front desk area and maintain a welcoming environment
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling tools)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
