What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and identify their needs Generate opportunities through self-generated leads, referrals, and territory prospecting Build trust by educating clients on project options, scope, pricing, and process Guide clients from first conversation to signed contract Keep organized notes and manage leads in our CRM Follow up consistently and professionally Be part of the production process to learn and develop stronger client relationship Work directly with ownership to improve your skills and close more deals What We're Looking For You do NOT need years of construction sales experience. We’ll train the right person. What matters most Confidence talking to people Coachability Self-discipline and follow-through Professional appearance and attitude Comfortable knocking doors, making calls, and creating opportunities Experience in sales, construction, roofing, remodeling, or home improvement is a plus — but not required. Training & Growth You’ll work directly with the owner, not some disconnected sales manager. That means real coaching, real field experience, and real opportunity.
