About the Role:

Join a celebrated Chicago-based restaurant group known for hospitality excellence, ambitious growth, and uncompromising standards. As Director of Operations, you'll lead multiple upscale and casual dining concepts, driving performance, culture, and guest experience across the portfolio.

What You'll Do:

Oversee total sales volume exceeding $15M+ across locations.
Elevate service standards while building and developing high-performing teams.
Drive profitability, operational efficiency, and consistent guest satisfaction.

What You Bring:

2-4 years as a Director of Operations at a restaurant brand.
Proven success managing upscale and casual dining environments.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary up to $130,000.
