Key Responsibilities of the Timekeeping Coordinator
- Review and validate technician time entries to ensure accurate allocation to work orders or overhead pay types.
- Partner with the offshore reconciliation team that performs initial GPS-based time reviews, providing oversight and follow-up as the Timekeeping Coordinator.
- Escalate time entry discrepancies, exceptions, or policy violations and coordinate resolution with supervisors as the Timekeeping Coordinator.
- Investigate GPS misalignment issues, document corrections, and maintain audit-ready records as the Timekeeping Coordinator.
- Reconcile and close daily labor logs within internal timekeeping systems while serving as the primary resource for labor tracking questions as the Timekeeping Coordinator.
Qualifications for the Timekeeping Coordinator
- Prior experience in timekeeping, payroll, technician dispatch, or labor tracking roles
- Strong Excel skills with familiarity using time-tracking or GPS-based workforce systems
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while escalating issues appropriately
