Key Responsibilities\n

This position primarily focuses on serving seniors who may be experiencing various challenges related to aging, including mental health concerns, social isolation, and complex life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
