PE Fund Accountant - High Growth Path/New Fund Launches

Key Responsibilities Broadly, support for the accounting and reporting function with respect to: Our fund of fund vehicles being administered by a TPA Personal investment vehicles maintained by firm owners Tax reporting and compliance across various limited partnerships Additionally, this position will provide some level of: Support with respect to admission of new members to our funds, as well as the processing and payment of investor redemptions Support with respect to the subscription and redemption process when our funds make investments or withdrawals/redemptions Support of the cash management across the legal entities Assistance with the annual audit process. Assistance with regulatory filings Special projects on an ad hoc basis Qualifications 2 - 5 years of public, fund, or corporate accounting experience Experience with hedge fund, private equity, real estate funds, or fund of fund structures #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlantic Group
