Lead Product Manager – Risk Product The Risk Product team safeguards BILL’s ecosystem by delivering cutting‑edge payment solutions. As Lead Product Manager you will shape the future of risk management—including credit, fraud, and compliance products—partnering with cross‑functional teams to design, launch, and optimize impactful solutions. Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core risk decisioning and policy engine. Define the technical architecture for internal APIs, platform services, and data pipelines that support real‑time, low‑latency risk evaluations. Lead cross‑functional teams to design and launch features that proactively address emerging risks and evolving requirements. Serve as the translation layer between risk policy goals and engineering execution. Analyze market, regulatory, and internal data to identify patterns, opportunities, and vulnerabilities, translating insights into product enhancements. Collaborate closely with engineering, risk business owners, operations, customer experience, legal, and external partners to deliver high‑quality solutions on time. Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs. Monitor product performance, implement metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and operational results. Champion continuous improvement and knowledge‑sharing across teams. Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of product management experience in fraud, credit, or compliance within payments or financial services. Track record of launching risk controls across onboarding, monitoring, identity, and profile management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven judgment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans in a fast‑paced environment.
