About the Role Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their online business operations from anywhere. This role is critical for ensuring a seamless customer experience, from order processing and fulfillment to inventory management and customer service, all managed remotely. You will be instrumental in streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and implementing best practices across the entire e-commerce supply chain. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize all aspects of e-commerce operations , including order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics. Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. Develop and implement efficient customer service processes and protocols to ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and other vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Identify bottlenecks in operational processes and implement solutions for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Utilise data analytics to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management or a related field. Proven ability to manage and optimize remote teams and workflows. Strong understanding of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and shipping logistics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
