Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure exceptional care and communication

• Work collaboratively with our team of caregivers, Medical Directors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care services and activities
