Business Unit: Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma, a Division of Tiger Aesthetics Location: Hybrid Remote - Candidate must be physically located in Washington, USA Reports To: Regional Sales Director, Pacific Northwest Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Purpose The Aesthetics Territory Manager is responsible for presenting Tiger Aesthetics BioDermaproducts and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending strategies to promote and sell our portfolio. This role is central to growing and developing the business under the direction of the SVP of Sales. As an Aesthetics Territory Manager, you will play an integral role in promoting and selling the Tiger Aesthetics BioDermaproduct portfolio to existing, inactive, and prospective accounts within the Medical Spa space. This role requires a deep understanding of our aesthetics product portfolio and the ability to demonstrate and explain products effectively to potential clients. Responsibilities Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory Identify local business opportunities and challenges Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) Present our products and services to prospective customers Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services Cross-sell products, when appropriate Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary Perform other duties as assigned Skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and organization Excellent written and verbal communication Highest level of ethics and integrity Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Sales planning Building relationships Driven and self-motivated Profitability management Qualifications/Requirements At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field required Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred Clearance of favorable background investigation required To perform the essential functions of this position, the employee must be able and available to: Travel: This is a highly field-based position, with daily travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.
