Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify the needs of students.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed; collaborate closely with school personnel and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for students in distress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and legislative requirements.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies to enhance their understanding and self-management capabilities.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other providers to coordinate holistic care for students.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 84,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
