Attorney - Insurance Defense/ GL

An established civil defense law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in insurance defense and general liability to join its collaborative and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance defense and general liability matters from inception through resolution
  
  
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  
  
• Take and defend depositions
  
  
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court conferences
  
  
• Work closely with senior attorneys who provide hands-on guidance and mentorship
  
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in insurance defense and/or general liability
  
  
• Active bar license in good standing
  
  
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to manage cases independently with appropriate supervision
