Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote capacity, allowing flexible work conditions while still encouraging collaboration among team members. Your workspace will be built on a foundation of technology, using our secure practice management software to maintain client records and conduct virtual therapy sessions. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans through evidence-based practices, utilizing a person-centered, solution-focused approach.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to engage clients effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and HIPAA guidelines.

• Collaborate with a committed treatment team—where you will have the opportunity to engage regularly in case consultations and peer review meetings to refine the quality of care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• In-depth understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques for personalized care delivery.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
