Your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will be primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your daily schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring tailored treatment approaches.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs and goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, comprehensive risk assessments, and safety plans when required, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies to promote transparency and accountability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
