Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.25 - $20.25 / Hour Job Schedule Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service at a food and beverage location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify visitor and delivery activity according to site protocols, and help to support orderly entry and exit at the location. Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and client representatives. Minimum Requirements Possess a New York State Security Guard License. Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
