Description Seed to table is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and engaging individual to join our growing family as a Scan Coordinator. This role plays a key part in supporting the overall success of daily IT and store operations, ensuring pricing accuracy, system integrity, and smooth customer experience. Essential Job Functions Perform accurate and timely data entry, including creating, updating, and modifying items within the database that feeds the POS system Maintain and audit the product database by regularly reviewing pricing, descriptions, and item attributes to ensure signage display correct information and promotions trigger as intended Design and produce store signage, labels, and stickers in alignment with company branding and promotional needs Support day-to-day store and IT operations, helping ensure smooth and efficient business functionality Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational needs Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required, with the ability to create and edit signage, labels, and promotional materials Basic computer skills required, including comfort working with databases, POS-related systems, and standard office equipment MS office intermediate experience is required Point of Sale (POS) system experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent, including a vocational training certificate, required Ability to work independently on the sales floor for extended periods of time, including full shifts as needed Must meet all legal and company policy age requirements necessary to perform job functions Authorization to work in the United States, or the ability to obtain such authorization Demonstrated high standards of integrity, reliability, and accountability Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs. , and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
