Bookkeeper

Job Description Oklahoma Staffing Specialists is seeking a Bookkeeper for a respected nonprofit organization in Tulsa. Responsibilities Prepare and record bank deposits. Process invoices and prepare payments through QuickBooks. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Generate monthly member/customer statements. Prepare miscellaneous invoices and accounting reports. Process credit card and ACH payments. Assist with financial reporting for leadership and committees. Attend meetings as needed and provide administrative support. Manage filing and record retention. Assist with front office and phone coverage when necessary. Support special events by tracking RSVPs and payments. Qualifications Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts payable experience required. Experience with QuickBooks preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
