Detail Department — Automotive Detailer (High‑Standards, High‑Pace, Zero‑Drama Operator)
The Vibe Some people “wash cars.”
Detailers like you restore pride.
If you’re the type who can walk past a vehicle and instantly spot every swirl mark, missed crevice, and half‑done interior wipe‑down — and it physically bothers you — you’re exactly who we want. This department runs on precision, pace, and pride. No slackers, no shortcuts, no “good enough.”
What You’ll Do- Turn rough trade‑ins into retail‑ready vehicles that customers swear look brand new
- Perform full interior and exterior details with speed and consistency
- Buff, polish, clay, extract, shampoo, and correct paint like a pro
- Keep your workspace clean, stocked, and organized
- Work closely with service and sales so cars move through the pipeline without bottlenecks
- Protect vehicles like they’re your own — no scratches, no excuses
- Experience in detailing OR natural talent with a willingness to learn fast
- An eye for imperfections most people never notice
- Pride in doing the job right the first time
- Ability to move with urgency without sacrificing quality
- Zero tolerance for drama, laziness, or sloppy work
- Reliability — if you say you’ll do it, it gets done
