Litigation Secretary - Defense

The firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Legal Assistant with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to support a dynamic team of attorneys. Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Support three attorneys including the Managing Partner
• Draft and finalize litigation documents; preform accurate state and federal e-filing,
• Manage calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
• Organize case files, track deadlines, and assist with trial preparation.
• Communicate professionally with clients and court personnel.
• Handle billing, time entries, and expense reports.
