The Role
We're on the hunt for a Securities Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our fast-paced and highly respected litigation group. You'll dive into headline-grabbing class actions, derivative suits, M&A litigation, and white-collar matters that span SEC investigations, DOJ enforcement, and internal investigations into accounting, whistleblower, or anti-bribery concerns.
This is a career-defining opportunity to:
- Represent leading public and private companies (including Fortune 100s)
- Defend boards, officers, and execs in high-exposure civil litigation
- Handle cutting-edge regulatory and white-collar matters
- Work closely with seasoned partners and directly with clients
- Build your courtroom and case strategy chops early and often
What You Bring
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in securities litigation and/or regulatory defense
- Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills (aka, you own the brief and kill it in the room)
- A law degree from a top school and a record of academic excellence
- Bar membership in the state where you plan to practice, or eligibility to sit/waive in
- A collaborative mindset and readiness to dig into meaningful, complex work
Locations
We're hiring across San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York, Seattle, and Washington D.C. Remote-hybrid flexibility available.
Compensation + Perks
