To support the growth of a dynamic team, the full-time Talent Sourcer will source high-caliber candidates and build targeted sourcing strategies while working remotely across the United States and Canada. Key responsibilities Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, referrals, and other tools Develop targeted sourcing strategies for various open roles across the company Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate requirements and profiles Required qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in a growth-stage company Strong curiosity about talent markets and a desire to become an expert in supported roles Proven ability to transform ambiguous requirements into targeted candidate lists Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on problem-solving Interest in leveraging AI tools for sourcing and recruitment
