PGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a fully remote contract role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will support candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and talent pipeline development for engineering, technical, business, production, operations, and supply chain roles. This position requires strong passive candidate sourcing experience, technical talent sourcing experience, and knowledge of cleared talent markets. This is a sourcing-focused role, not a recruiter role.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, or Juicebox.
• Experience sourcing technical talent across engineering disciplines such as systems, software, mechanical, electrical, and aerospace.
• Experience sourcing non-technical talent across business, production, operations, and supply chain areas.
• Previous experience sourcing cleared talent.
• Knowledge of security clearances.
• Experience using sourcing tools, social media, search engines, Boolean strings, niche job boards, and candidate databases.
• Ability to conduct phone screens and pre-qualify candidates.
• Ability to manage candidate relationships and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Strong customer service skills with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in both agency and corporate recruiting.
• Prior sourcing and/or recruiting experience in aerospace and defense.

What You'll Do

• Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for active requisitions.
• Build targeted sourcing plans with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Support engineering, technical, business management, and functional hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, HireEZ, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, social media, search engines, Boolean search, and niche job boards.
• Attract passive external talent and cleared candidates.
• Support events-based sourcing, invitational events, and targeted career fairs.
• Track sourcing activity in candidate management systems.
• Research market conditions, competitor trends, and talent availability.
• Use sourcing data in weekly conversations with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership.
• Maintain candidate database accuracy and data integrity.

Work Schedule / Shift

Fully remote role. EST core hours, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. 9/80A schedule.

Pay

$40.00 per hour
