Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to work with our client. In this role, you'll build relationships, develop sourcing strategies, and create strong talent pipelines that support our mission and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams to understand job needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking channels to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Craft personalized outreach that reflects the values and employment brand.
• Share insights and market intelligence to help improve recruiting strategies and remove process roadblocks.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system.
• Track sourcing metrics and share trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Attend job fairs to promote and build new talent connections.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (required)
• At least 2 years of related sourcing or recruiting experience
• Strong relationship-building and consultative skills
• Ability to understand hiring needs and manage expectations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management, and decision-making skills
