Compensation: $22 - $25 / hour

Job Description

Addison Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our client’s talent acquisition team. This position will assist recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process while providing responsive and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities such as candidate pre-screening, initial phone conversations, and interview coordination.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support an efficient recruitment process.
• Prepare employment offer documentation for selected candidates.
• Publish open positions across appropriate external job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Respond to and resolve questions from candidates and hiring managers, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and compile information used to evaluate recruitment activity and effectiveness.
• Verify that required internal recruiting documentation has been properly completed and maintained.
• Provide additional administrative and recruiting support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
