TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in San Antonio, Texas! This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing! We are looking for candidates with staffing experience to join our growing team. The Recruiter's primary objective is to recruit, interview, hire, conduct customer-specific orientations, place, monitor, and end assignments for temporary associates. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in staffing and recruitment. JOB TITLE: Staffing Recruiter WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person | Office Setting LOCATION: San Antonio, TX 78209 SHIFT: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM RECRUITER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates. Work independently to ensure efficient operations while maintaining compliance with company and client requirements. Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding. Assign and monitor temporary associates' assignments. Process background checks and complete drug testing of prospective temporary associates. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job orders, placements, and performance reports. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) put in place by Corporate. Perform other duties as assigned. RECRUITER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. 2+ years of experience in a staffing agency or in a customer-service role. Ability to make independent decisions that impact overall operations and customer satisfaction. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing data entry, reporting, and ATS systems. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
