This is an excellent opportunity for a full-desk recruiter who enjoys both business development and recruiting while partnering with clients to deliver exceptional talent.You'll recruit across a diverse portfolio of professional positions, including Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Executive Leadership, and Operations, while building lasting client relationships and driving business growth.If you're a top producer who enjoys winning new business, closing placements, and making a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for Direct Hire, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire positions.Develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client relationships.Recruit and place professionals across Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Executive-level positions.Conduct client intake meetings to understand hiring needs, company culture, and talent requirements.Source, interview, qualify, and present highly qualified candidates.Negotiate offers and successfully manage candidates through the hiring process.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools.Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate documentation, and client communication within the ATS.Consistently achieve recruiting, sales, and revenue goals while delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.Stay informed on market trends, salary data, and competitive hiring practices within your recruiting specialties.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of staffing agency recruiting experience (required).Agency recruiting experience is required. Corporate recruiting experience alone will not be considered.Proven success recruiting within one or more of the following disciplines:Information TechnologyAccounting & FinanceHuman ResourcesOperationsExecutive LeadershipFull Desk Recruiting experience, including Business Development and Recruiting, strongly preferred.Executive Search experience is highly desirable.Demonstrated success placing Direct Hire, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire professionals.Proven history of producing $500,000+ in annual gross profit (or equivalent production metrics).Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.Excellent written communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.Bachelor's degree preferred.Preferred ExperienceBusiness DevelopmentExecutive SearchIT RecruitingAccounting & Finance RecruitingHuman Resources RecruitingOperations RecruitingATS and LinkedIn Recruiter experienceCATS ATS experience is a plusWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter with a passion for building long-term client relationships and consistently exceeding performance goals.
