Jr RecruiterIn this position, you would be responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting Technology, Marketing, Accounting and Finance professionals. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-performing professionals both in response to our current openings and on a proactive basis.Requirements:1-3 years of current recruiting experience to include sourcing, agency recruiting preferred.Superior phone skills and interviewing/people skillsDemonstrated experience in delivering high quality service to customers and candidates by matching skills to customer needs.Thorough understanding of social media recruitment, direct sourcing and search strategies.Possess a desire for success; have a competitive spirit, a professional manner, great listening skills as well as excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Must have the ability to work independently, with a team, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Successful attributes:Strong sense of urgencyResults-drivenStrong business ethicsOrganization skillsNegotiation and closing skills
