Legal Support Staff RecruiterTop Texas Law Firm is currently seeking a career-driven Legal Support Staff Recruiter to join the team!The ideal candidate will possess 2 or more years of experience in full-cycle professional level recruitment, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.Reporting directly to the Recruiting Manager, you will utilize your skills to drive recruitment of legal support staff across the state. You will work as part of a high-performing, collaborative recruiting team in an environment that fosters and encourages quick thinking, assertive sourcing skills and a proactive approach to recruiting.You will work with the recruiting team to drive recruiting strategies, using your relationship-building skills and develop strong collaborative partnerships with them to build a pipeline of candidates to advance the Thomas J. Henry brand.Essential Job Functions:Serving as primary contact for the full life cycle recruitment of legal support staff at varying levels in their careers, across multiple functions and locationsFacilitating and managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation and negotiationMeeting or exceeding performance metricsMaintaining a robust candidate pipeline, and placing a strong focus on the candidate experienceProviding accurate and timely reports and communication to recruiting managementAssessing the recruiting process, identifying improvement opportunities, and participating in or leading enterprise improvement initiativesYou're the kind of person who:Able to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback.Has great project management and communications skills.Has success recruiting a broad range of complex positions, executive roles.Handles confidential information discreetly.Reasonably tech-savvy and possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Excellent project management & communications skills.Ability to establish and maintain credibility with management and team.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years experience in full life cycle recruitingBachelor's DegreeKnowledge in all phases of full life cycle recruiting.Experience using SalesforceAgency experienceBenefits include:Medical – 80% employer contributionDental, Vision, Life & other supplemental insurance401K with Employer Matching (up to 4%)Employee Recognition ProgramsComplimentary gym membershipCompany eventsWhy Work Here?This is the firm that will take your career to the next level.
