Overview

Pay Range: $30.00-$40.00/hour

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction crews

• Conduct safety huddles

• Assign daily tasks

• Coordinate manpower

• Oversee foundation walls

• Manage formwork activities

• Read blueprints

• Track daily production

• Coordinate equipment

• Monitor materials

• Inspect completed work

• Complete daily reports

• Train crew members

• Enforce safety standards

• Maintain jobsite organization

• Coordinate subcontractors

Requirements

• 3+ years foreman experience

• Concrete construction experience

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving record

• OSHA 10 certification preferred

• Blueprint reading skills

• Foundation wall experience

• Willingness to travel
